Overview

The AARNEX Vibro Sifter is a high-precision circular screening machine used for separating, grading and safety sieving of dry powders, granules and slurries. A special vibratory motor with adjustable top and bottom eccentric weights generates a three-dimensional motion that moves the material across the screen in a controlled spiral, giving fast throughput even with fine mesh sizes.

Working Principle

Material is fed on to the centre of the screen. The vibratory motor, mounted vertically below the screen deck, creates horizontal, vertical and tangential vibrations by phasing its top and bottom weights. Oversize material spirals outward and is discharged through the top outlet, while accepted product passes through the screen and is collected through the bottom outlet. Multiple decks can be stacked to grade material into up to five fractions in a single pass.
