Overview

The AARNEX Multi Mill is a versatile size-reduction machine used for wet and dry granulation, pulverising and shredding. Its swing-beater assembly combined with an interchangeable screen makes it suitable for a wide range of materials and particle sizes with minimal changeover time. The mill is built on a rugged stainless steel base with a self-supporting motor and totally enclosed contact chamber for dust-free operation.

Working Principle

Material is fed through the hopper into the milling chamber, where a set of swinging beaters mounted on a rotor operating at high speed strikes and reduces the material against a stationary perforated screen. The beaters can be reversed to run knife-edge (fine cutting) or impact-edge (coarse cutting) depending on the material and desired output. Milled product exits through the screen under gravity and centrifugal force into a collection tray or downstream conveyor.
