Overview
The AARNEX Ointment Manufacturing Plant is a fully integrated, GMP-compliant processing system designed to mix, homogenize, emulsify and transfer semi-solid pharmaceutical products under vacuum. The plant combines a wax phase vessel, a water phase vessel and a main manufacturing vessel with a high-shear homogenizer and slow-speed anchor stirrer with scrapers, delivering a smooth, lump-free, aerated-free product batch after batch.
Working Principle
Wax and water phases are prepared separately in jacketed vessels with independent temperature control. Both phases are transferred under vacuum into the main manufacturing vessel where a bottom-mounted high-shear homogenizer emulsifies the batch while a variable-speed anchor stirrer with PTFE scrapers ensures uniform heat transfer along the vessel wall. Vacuum de-aeration during cooling produces a stable, glossy final product that is discharged to the storage vessel or filling line through jacketed piping.
