Overview

The AARNEX Syrup Manufacturing Plant is a compact, closed-loop system for preparing sugar syrup, dissolving APIs and holding the finished product prior to filling. Built to cGMP standards, the plant integrates a sugar melting vessel, a manufacturing vessel and a storage vessel with sanitary transfer piping, filters and a control panel to give the operator complete process visibility from a single interface.

Working Principle

Sugar is charged into the jacketed sugar melting vessel and dissolved with steam-heated agitation. The syrup is transferred through an in-line filter to the main manufacturing vessel where APIs, colours and flavours are dosed and homogenized. The batch is polished through a second filter and pushed under nitrogen or pressure into the jacketed storage vessel, from where it is fed directly to the filling line. All vessels support CIP / SIP for rapid batch changeover.
